Requirements
- Ability to communicate verbally and/or in writing with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
- Skills in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing receiving/billing documentation and reports, including verifying delivery bills, researching/resolving discrepancies, and completing paperwork (e.g., outbound bills, inbound drop trailer paperwork, purchase orders)
- Proficiency in providing administrative support through general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing, data entry into multiple systems, scheduling appointments, maintaining logs, preparing/reviewing/maintaining/analyzing reports, POs, and other paperwork)
- Capability to monitor and process deliveries (e.g., scheduling/maintaining delivery appointment logs, checking in/releasing drivers, tracking late deliveries, preparing/reviewing/analyzing reports and paperwork)
- Ability to provide basic maintenance to equipment (e.g., cleaning, inspecting, changing paper and toner)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
- Prepare, review, and analyze receiving/billing documentation and reports by verifying delivery bills and receiving documentation, researching and resolving discrepancies, completing necessary paperwork for shipping/receiving processes (e.g., outbound bills, inbound drop trailer paperwork, purchase orders), and ensuring backup documentation
- Provide administrative support by performing general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing, entering data into multiple systems, scheduling appointments, maintaining appointment logs, preparing/reviewing/maintaining/analyzing reports, purchase orders (PO), and other paperwork)
