Requirements

- Properly zones area, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/cleans/organizes displays, maintains modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, ensures prominent promotional/seasonal displays, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, monitors shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders per policy, ensures timely and proper staging, performs occasional accuracy audits
- Handles/moves/displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely, reports poor practices/low stock, uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates/maintains forklifts safely, reports poor/unsafe conditions/practices, notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively identifies/engages customers needing technology help, assists with technology services/items, models technology use, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities/problems, maintains equipment, ensures organized/stocked products, fixes problems promptly
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, supports associates, attracts talent
- Works as a team, builds strong/trusting relationships

- Safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets with forklift
- Identifying priorities, deadlines, expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvements; adapting to change/feedback
- Receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers throughout facility
- Providing member service, guidance, support, issue resolution, and promotion
- Maintaining facility safety per policies/procedures
- Maintaining sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies/procedures
- Filling club pick up orders, assisting picking/staging, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy audits
- Inventory handling, tracking, maintaining stock, controlling shrinkage, reporting issues, using tools safely
- Forklift operation/maintenance, reporting issues/unsafe conditions
- Assisting customers with technology, modeling use, identifying/fixing shrink/problems, maintaining equipment/products
- Fostering respect for individuals through inclusion, belonging, and team collaboration
