Requirements

- Sets up, cleans, organizes product displays, and maintains modular integrity
- Follows sanitation, food safety, and regulatory policies
- Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick up orders
- Handles, moves, displays goods safely; tracks inventory, maintains stock levels, controls shrinkage
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Reports poor inventory practices, low stock levels, unsafe conditions
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive workplace culture
Responsibilities
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Receive, stock, organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
- Merchandise products, work inventory exceptions, correct shelf capacities, complete paperwork/logs
- Provide member service, promote company products/services
- Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following procedures, correcting/reporting hazards
- Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation: zoning, stocking/rotating, displays, etc
- Process defective merchandise, ensure prominent promotional/seasonal displays
- Fill club pick up orders: pick, stage, audit for accuracy per policy
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report issues to management
- Model technology services, identify/fix shrink opportunities and problems
- Maintain equipment, organize/stock products correctly
