- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframe, performs audits for accuracy
- Handles, moves, displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely; reports poor practices/low stock; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates/maintains forklifts safely; reports poor/unsafe conditions or non-working forklifts
- Proactively identifies/engages customers needing tech help, assists with technology services/items, models tech use, identifies/fixes shrink/problems with products/services/work areas, maintains equipment, ensures organization/stocking
- Embraces differences in people/cultures/ideas/experiences; creates inclusive workplace culture
Responsibilities
- Implementing related action plans using Open Door Policy in business processes
- Safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets with forklift
- Receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Working inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities, completing/retaining paperwork/logs/documentation
- Providing member service and support
- Maintaining facility safety per company policies
- Maintaining sales floor and merchandising presentation per company policies
- Ensuring club pick up orders are filled accurately and staged properly
- Handling inventory: moving/displaying goods, tracking/maintaining stock, controlling shrinkage, reporting issues
- Operating/maintaining forklifts and reporting issues
- Assisting customers with technology services
- Identifying and addressing shrink opportunities/problems
- Promoting company products/services
