Requirements
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines safely
- Uses policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities
- Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- Manages inventory flow, utilizes equipment appropriately, and handles merchandising exceptions
- Provides member service, including acknowledging members, assisting with self-service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting procedures, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations
- Properly zones areas, stocks and rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up displays, and maintains modular integrity
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick-up orders
- Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage, and reports poor inventory practices
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive workplace, builds team relationships, and communicates effectively
Responsibilities
- Safely picks up, moves, places, and positions merchandise pallets using forklift
- Receives, stocks, organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
- Corrects shelf capacities and completes required paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Promotes company's products and services to members
- Maintains facility safety according to company policies
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation, including zoning, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise
- Processes defective merchandise and follows sanitation/food safety policies
- Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety in assigned areas
- Fills club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and ensuring accuracy within timeframes
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports issues
- Models technology services and helps others
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems
- Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked
