Requirements

- Processes defective merchandise and follows sanitation/food safety policies
- Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety
- Assists with picking and staging club pick-up orders, performs audits for accuracy
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage
- Reports poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions or non-working forklifts
- Proactively assists customers with technology services

Responsibilities
- Implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Correct shelf capacities and complete/retain required paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Acknowledge members, identify needs, provide guidance/support on self-service technology, assist with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Maintain facility safety per company policies (safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standards, report/correct unsafe situations)
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising presentation (zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged goods, displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering, promotional displays, defective processing, sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety)
- Fill club pick-up orders by assisting with picking/staging, ensuring proper selection/staging within timeframes, and auditing accuracy
- Handle, move, display goods safely; track/maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage timely
- Report poor inventory practices/low in-stock levels
- Use inventory tools/equipment safely
