Requirements
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines safely
- Uses policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities
- Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- Manages inventory flow, follows procedures for equipment, merchandising, and documentation
- Acknowledges members, identifies needs, provides guidance on self-service technology and purchasing
- Conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures
- Properly zones area, stocks/rotates merchandise, maintains displays and modular integrity
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick up orders
- Handles, moves, displays, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive workplace, builds team relationships
Responsibilities
- Implements action plans using Open Door Policy in business processes
- Safely picks up, moves, places, and positions merchandise pallets with forklift
- Identifies priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvements; adapts to change
- Receives, stocks, organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Provides member service: assists with purchasing, locates merchandise, resolves issues, promotes products/services
- Maintains facility safety: follows steel standard guidelines, corrects/reports unsafe situations
- Maintains sales floor: removes damaged/out-of-date goods, processes defective merchandise, ensures sanitation/food safety, monitors shrink/security/safety
- Fills club pick up orders: picks, stages products, ensures accuracy and timeliness, performs audits
- Reports poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, unsafe conditions/forklift issues to management
- Models technology services, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities and problems
- Properly maintains equipment, organizes/stocks products, fixes issues promptly
