Requirements
- Maintains highest standards of quality and food safety by monitoring, testing, recording, and reacting to data on products, production, processes, and quality (e.g., Critical Control Points, Key Performance Indexes)
- Verifies raw materials and finished products comply with federal, state, and company specifications
- Produces accurate results while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
- Anticipates problems or conflicts and maintains a proactive approach
- Uses policies, data, and resources to complete assignments and priorities; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners

- Sustains calibration program for instruments and equipment
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset: identifies/corrects process improvements, conducts statistical process control and root cause analysis, participates in improvement projects

Responsibilities

- Verify compliance of raw materials and finished products with specifications

- Comply with policies, procedures, ethics; implement action plans
- Maintain lab knowledge through cross-training and sustain equipment calibration
- Assist in process improvements via statistical process control, root cause analysis, and projects
- Promote Food Safety, Sanitation, Quality Management Systems, Product Quality QA/QC
- Build inclusive team environment, mentor others, communicate impactfully
- Model integrity, ethics, Walmart values; support regenerative goals
