Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring prescriptions are properly packed and processed for shipment by packing temperature-sensitive and other medications according to drug specifications, packing proper supplies, stocking workstations, verifying shipping sheets and shipments, and processing/labeling shipments through carrier software and equipment
  • Ensuring incoming merchandise and inventory are properly received by verifying correct shipments to maintain inventory integrity and organizing/distributing merchandise and inventory to designated locations (e.g., Asset Protection, Business Office)
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes and practices
  • Completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining/recommending improvements; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback
