Responsibilities

  • Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality/date control, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events (e.g., holidays, graduations)
  • Identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns
  • Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service/products, and value member experience
  • Interact with associates to understand roadblocks, provide training, and inspire respectful, supportive teamwork
  • Implement action plans for policies/procedures/ethics using Open Door Policy
