Responsibilities

- Decorate bakery items (e.g., flowers, lettering) using various products and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and make business decisions
- Drive bakery performance by ensuring quality/date control, eliminating waste, preparing for seasonal events, identifying member needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, interact with associates to address roadblocks, and assist in training/development
- Comply with policies/procedures using Open Door Policy and execute business processes
- Embrace diversity, build team relationships, mentor others, act with integrity, and prioritize customer/member service
