Requirements
- Ability to set up, monitor, and adjust multiple blow mold machines using HMI screen and physical adjustments
- Skill in identifying potential defects and visually inspecting plastic milk bottles for adherence to specifications
- Adherence to company safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and safe operation of machinery
- Ability to report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
- Participation in safety trainings and drills, maintenance of work area cleanliness, and contribution to safety improvements

Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and adjust multiple blow mold machines for safe and accurate molding of plastic milk bottles
- Identify potential defects and make adjustments to machinery via HMI screen and physical means to meet specifications
- Visually inspect all plastic milk bottles for defects
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines, use personal protective equipment
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, report any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
- Actively participate in safety trainings and drills
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols
- Demonstrate awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others
- Accomplish work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies and resources
