  • Experience in supervising associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by managing merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting, assessing trends/community needs, achieving goals, and correcting deficiencies
  • Provide customer service and assistance, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, processing requests/service orders, explaining products/services, training technicians, staging vehicles, and assisting workflow
  • Maintain the Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up/cleaning/organizing displays, signing/pricing merchandise, securing fragile/high-shrink items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering/arranging supplies, monitoring environmental disposal (batteries, tires, oil), ensuring OSHA compliance, and prioritizing customer safety/satisfaction
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, identifying/communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning
  • Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset
