Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers, processing requests/service orders, explaining products/services, training technicians, staging vehicles, and maintaining safe environments
  • Maintain Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance/safety
  • Coordinate and oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance on business practices
  • Build high-performing, inclusive teams that respect individuals, embrace differences, and create belonging
  • Foster collaboration, trust, effective communication, talent attraction/retention, and recognition of contributions
