Requirements

  • Proficiency in coordinating job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, setting goals, measuring progress, identifying improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Experience in supervising associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, utilizing Open Door Policy

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center by managing merchandise, presentation, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers, processing requests/service orders, explaining products/services, staging vehicles, and supporting workflow
  • Maintain Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance/safety
  • Coordinate and oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, communicating goals, measuring results, addressing improvements, and promoting learning
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, duty assignment, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, foster belonging, collaborate effectively, attract/retain talent
