The Unemployment Claims Analyst will coordinate with clients to gather information for unemployment claims, prepare and submit responses to state agencies, and respond to requests for additional information. They will also develop partnerships with clients to coach them on improving outcomes, analyze unfavorable determinations, advise clients on appeal success likelihood, and file appeals with state agencies.
