Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or fields related to business or healthcare
  • Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college/university
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer internship
  • Ability to work full-time from the posted location (Atlanta, GA); candidates not within reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analyzing of data
  • Educate the audience on the meaning of this data and what story it tells
  • Make and present recommendations based on the findings of this analysis
  • Work with the “A-Team” to help develop and implement projects to improve the underwriting function
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Make recommendations to management related to development of the intern program
  • Make recommendations to management related to development of the Underwriting Development Program
