Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 22-month full-time program with three rotations within core teams (Trading and Initiatives, Marketing and Comms, Commercial Operations)
  • Learn about the business, buyers, and sellers through on-the-job experience
  • Develop business skills and strengthen ability to profile yourself across different business teams and networks
  • Receive mentoring from expert leaders to achieve career goals
  • Navigate different areas of the business and maintain flexibility in your role
