Responsibilities

Create 3D items for players to purchase to customize their avatars
Work with the art lead on artistic challenges, deliver with consistent speed across all requests, and ensure art assets are delivered on time, efficiently, and within the technical performance budget provided by the lead
Use creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goals
Execute against NFL Universe's game style and art direction
Follow and execute against defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient asset creation and implementation
Collaborate effectively with the art lead on the provided feedback, ensuring assets meet quality standards and align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project
