Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of firmware development principles and experience with DSP, embedded code, EFI drivers, EFI applications, and BIOS/UEFI. Experience with testing plans, protocols, and documentation is also required.

Responsibilities

The UEFI Engineer will design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for firmware, analyze design requirements, write and execute testing plans, debug code, and lead project teams to develop reliable and high-quality solutions. They will collaborate with management and development partners, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and represent the firmware engineering team throughout the development process.
