- Minimálně 2 roky praxe v účetnictví
- Prokazatelné zkušenosti s DPH reportingem
- Čeština na úrovni rodilého mluvčího
- Angličtina na komunikativní úrovni (mluvená i psaná)
- Znalost SAP výhodou
- Pokročilá znalost Excelu (kontingenční tabulky, VLOOKUP apod.)
Responsibilities
- DPH agenda: Příprava a podávání přiznání k DPH
- Rekonsiliace DPH: Měsíční kontrola DPH účtů pro zajištění přesnosti a souladu s předpisy
- Podpora fakturace: Řešení dotazů a problémů souvisejících s DPH u zákaznických a dodavatelských faktur
- Komunikace s finančním úřadem: Přímá komunikace s úřady ohledně DPH
- Srážková daň: Příprava a podání přiznání ke srážkové dani
- Časové rozlišení: Měsíční výpočty a zaúčtování potřebných dohadných položek
- Kontrola faktur: Ověření správného zaúčtování přijatých faktur
- Platby: Příprava a zpracování plateb dodavatelských faktur prostřednictvím bankovního systému ČSOB
- Spolupráce při auditu: Aktivní podpora a koordinace s místními auditory během auditu
- Dlouhodobý majetek: Spolupráce se sdílenými službami na správě majetku a výpočtu daňových odpisů
- Statutární výkaznictví: Příprava a podání statistických výkazů příslušným úřadům
