Requirements

Candidates must possess an EASA-approved drone pilot license (A1/A3, A2, or equivalent) and a Remote Pilot Certificate or other relevant European aviation certifications, with a minimum of 3 years of professional drone piloting experience in complex operations, including extensive experience with drone platforms like DJI Matrice, Phantom, or Inspire, and a proven track record of flying drones for commercial applications. Furthermore, they should demonstrate expertise in flying drones in diverse environments, strong knowledge of geospatial software, and proficiency in working with drone flight management tools, along with a solid understanding of European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations and local laws of operation across different European countries.

Responsibilities

As a UAS Drone Pilot, the individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex drone missions, performing manual and autonomous flight operations, working with cross-functional teams to integrate drone capabilities, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations, overseeing data collection and storage, conducting pre-flight equipment checks, providing mission reports, and performing basic post-processing tasks. They will also be expected to collaborate with external software platforms and conduct comprehensive risk management, adhering to data protection regulations such as GDPR.
