This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and uses a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.
Candidates need 8+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Incident Response, including 3+ years of people management; proven experience leading multi-regional teams and vendor operations; comfort triaging complex escalations and coordinating across functions; a track record of process improvement using data; and thriving in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
The team operates within the Support organization, leading internal safety analysts and vendor partners across global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), and works closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Go To Market, and Operations teams.
Strong candidates have 8+ years in Trust & Safety or similar fields with people management experience, expertise in leading global teams and vendors, skills in triaging escalations and process improvement, and the ability to thrive in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
