Valid driver's license, CDL A required
Clean driving record
Experience driving large trucks, preferably in a landscaping, construction, or tree service environment
Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort operating various tools and equipment
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various outdoor weather conditions
Willingness to perform physically demanding work and assist with manual labor, as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

Safely operate trucks to haul logs, brush, and wood debris from job sites to disposal or processing locations
Load and unload materials using appropriate tools or equipment
Assist with stump grinding operations, including setup, cleanup, and operation support
Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections, providing routine maintenance if needed to ensure safe operation
Support tree service crews with various tasks such as cleanup, rigging, equipment handling, and site preparation
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies while on site and on the road
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to coordinate logistics
Maintain a clean and organized truck and assist in equipment upkeep, as needed
