Responsibilities

Enhance and automate local and global liquidity processes; collaborate with Financial Operations teams to balance liquidity requirements and yield
Identify, develop, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate counterparty risk, liquidity risk, FX risk, and other financial risks; drive measurement via Key Risk Indicators
Provide insights and recommendations on interest income and other Treasury matters; collaborate with Strategic Finance, FP&A, and Controllership to align on budgets, forecasts, and improve modelling, forecasting efficiency, and reporting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Treasury; identify undocumented processes, introduce best practices, create processes and policies; use emerging technologies for automation and optimization of treasury operations
Support business with new products or entry into new countries
Manage financial risks and end-to-end interest income related processes
Partner cross-functionally with international stakeholders, including Senior Treasury Managers in China & Singapore and Treasury Director in the Netherlands, to drive strategic initiatives and keep business running
