Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Typically 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, audit, and/or accounting
Sound understanding of treasury processes and other finance-related functions
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to treasury in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid financial and business acumen
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to read and write in Bahasa and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency required to support operations in China and Taiwan)

Responsibilities

Oversees liquidity and cash management, FX operations, and bank guarantee processes for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
Applies specialized knowledge in treasury operations, risk management, and financial solutions to support and implement regional initiatives
Analyzes financial data to produce insights and summaries for treasury program reporting
Supports program delivery with practical application of subject matter expertise
Manages specific treasury processes within the function
Leads moderately complex treasury projects across assigned regions
Maintains and updates treasury policies and procedures
Manages cash, working capital, foreign currency exposure, and money market investments
Identifies and mitigates financial, operational, and organizational risks
Contributes to the development of financial policies and conducts economic analysis
Collaborates with various Finance functions
