Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting
0-3 years working experience in finance or similar role within a corporate environment
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Flexible and stress resistant
Ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast-changing environment
Accurate with a continuous improvement mindset
Functional knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) is an advantage
Business knowledge of cash management and banking in international (cash) pooling is an advantage
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SAP, and Treasury Management System (Reval) is an advantage

Responsibilities

Analysing and forecasting short-term cash requirements and cash flows
Assessing and determining cash management opportunities
Operating the monthly worldwide netting and maintaining the IC loan portfolio
Maintaining (and issuing) Contingent Liabilities, such as comfort letters, parental and bank guarantees
Reporting and monitoring cash flow & currency exposure positions, bank charges, and interest income/expense
Customer finance/payment solutions and ad hoc Treasury, Tax, and Finance related projects
Maintaining process documentation & supporting audit activities
Ensuring adherence to the Medtronic Worldwide Finance Policies and other internal established policies and processes
