Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance; corporate treasury experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Familiarity with ERP systems, banking platforms, and treasury management software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Local to Durham, North Carolina (hybrid work environment)
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and international banking practices

Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash activity and prepare accurate cash position reports
Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity
Optimize the company’s use of cash, credit facilities, and banking relationships
Manage daily banking activities, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and reconciliations
Support the setup of new bank accounts, signers, and electronic banking platforms
Maintain positive relationships with banks and financial institutions
Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports, including cash flow analysis, investment balances, and key metrics
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards
Assist with treasury-related audit requests and documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate treasury processes
Support implementation of treasury management systems and tools as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on treasury-related initiatives
