Ability to manage payments, including weekly supplier payments, taxes, credit cards, expense reimbursements, and petty cash
Skills in analyzing and loading Latam payments
Capability to maintain updated supplier databases
Experience in payment follow-up, reprocessing unsuccessful payments, and sending payment supports to providers

Responsibilities

Ensure the organization's liquidity and solvency by efficiently managing cash flows and investments
Support treasury functions in various accounting tasks, such as timely weekly payments to suppliers, taxes, credit cards, expense reimbursements, etc
Prepare outflows timely in the accounting systems People and SIIGO
Send payment supports to different providers
Perform follow-up on executed payments and reprocess unsuccessful payments
Perform petty cash legalization for the office
Request and support petty cash cards for different stores and required areas
Analyze and load Latam payments
Send bank movements to the different required areas
Maintain updated supplier databases
Analyze and prepare weekly payments
