Valid Driver's License (Upon Hire)

Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
Maintain level of training as required by MNDOT, department training sessions, and meetings

Responsibilities

Utilize effective communication with patients, customers, and members of the health care team

Maintain quality standards
Complete daily vehicle inspection and manage documentation appropriately
Ensure the level of competence during the transport process is adequate for the patient's current and expected needs

Work effectively in a team environment, coordinating workflow with other team members and ensuring a productive and efficient environment
