Responsibilities

Participate in structured on-the-job training from experienced Research Physicians, learning ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and expertise in medical monitoring and trial safety oversight
Review and assess adverse events, safety data, and protocol deviations
Make medical decisions regarding participant safety and study continuation
Provide medical oversight for clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
Monitor study compliance with protocols and ethical standards
Potential to act as a trial Investigator, initially as a Sub-Investigator
Work alongside experienced medical monitors on live trials and gain exposure to diverse therapeutic areas
