Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured on-the-job training from experienced Research Physicians, learning ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and expertise in medical monitoring and trial safety oversight
  • Review and assess adverse events, safety data, and protocol deviations
  • Make medical decisions regarding participant safety and study continuation
  • Provide medical oversight for clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
  • Monitor study compliance with protocols and ethical standards
  • Potential to act as a trial Investigator, initially as a Sub-Investigator
  • Work alongside experienced medical monitors on live trials and gain exposure to diverse therapeutic areas
