Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day custody & staking operations: manage integrations and token flows across custodians, coordinate validator partners; run the full staking lifecycle (delegations, ROI/yield monitoring, unlock schedules, reporting, and orderly unstaking)
  • Oversee trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation across centralized and decentralized exchanges, ensuring precision, best execution, and minimal slippage
  • Own liquidity and cash management, covering real-time cash and collateral views, forecasting, and margin/collateral optimization across all sources
  • Design and optimize operational infrastructure: from order routing and margin management to data and reporting pipelines
  • Work cross-functionally with Paradigm’s trading, finance, and engineering teams to align workflows with broader firm strategy
