Requirements

1–3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector, demonstrating a passion for the hobby and a commitment to excellence
First-hand knowledge of trading cards and other sports and TCG collectibles, with a dedication to upholding the highest standards of authenticity
Expertise in identifying counterfeits and understanding card doctoring methods, reflecting our value of protecting the integrity of the hobby
Deep understanding of card grading systems and standards, ensuring every card meets our promise of quality and trust
Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on one task over long periods; demonstrating perseverance and a drive for excellence

Responsibilities

Uphold Collectors’ commitment to trust and transparency by becoming an expert in eBay’s published card condition standards and Authentication Guarantee processing standards
Deliver excellence by authenticating and evaluating the condition of trading cards efficiently, without compromising accuracy or integrity
Take ownership of your work by maintaining individual authentication production goals and striving for continuous improvement
