Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality compliance of tools in the Brazil inventory
  • Develop the inspection process in the warehouse together with the logistics partner
  • Implement a physical checklist process for each tool in the inventory
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for non-conforming items in the tools inventory
  • Apply best practices and develop training for field engineers on how to handle, request, and perform the return process
  • Establish robust procedures to manage issues with field-returnable tools, capture and correct defect statements
  • Promote a quality mindset across the tools operations team
  • Lead and define the calibration process in compliance with global QA recommendations
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all related global regulations
  • Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Objectives, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete all planned Quality and Compliance trainings within defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as necessary
