Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully implement solutions
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, TCL, or Perl
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for innovation and excellence

Responsibilities

  • Working together with interdisciplinary teams to create and deploy top-notch CAD tools and methodologies
  • Crafting and optimizing Design for Test (DFT) strategies to ensure flawless manufacturing and testing processes
  • Analyzing and debugging complex CAD and DFT issues, strictly determining root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Offering technical mentorship and support to other engineering teams, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Persistently refining and upgrading our tools and methodologies to sustain our competitive edge in the industry
