Responsibilities

Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions
Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress
Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times)
Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy
Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes
Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs
Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings
Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards
Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes
Support administrative tasks such as process order printing
