Commercial Title Officer
First American- Full Time

Candidates should have proven experience in real estate transactions—not just administrative support for real estate firms, familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, proficiency with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms, comfort working independently in a remote setup, and availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
The Title Processor will handle all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions, review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents, ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements, prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork, communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction, track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process, and maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents.
