Compensation
- Base Pay Range: $27.78 - $30.25 per hour
- Targeted Annual Commission: $10,800
- Guaranteed Commission: Provided for up to two months during training and onboarding.
- Note: The final compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Sell tires to customers on the service drive to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Inspect customers' vehicles on the service drive.
- Diagnose tire-related issues, recommend necessary services, and provide price quotes.
- Ensure that all ordered repairs are completed accurately and priced as quoted.
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and dealership personnel.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve any arising problems.
- Complete monthly market analyses.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management and opening/closing procedures.
- Support dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and online order management applications.
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet for 7-8 hours per day.
- Capacity to manage service drive traffic and inspect 80-100 vehicles daily.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
