Requirements

Must possess a Master's Degree and a New Jersey license in good standing (minimum of LAC, LSW)
Two years post Master's experience with serious and persistent mental illness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong clinical perspectives
Engage in the Team approach, and strength-based initiatives with our team members and our EISS Co-Occurring population

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, screen, counsel, and support individuals in crisis to receive rapid and supportive care while awaiting linkage to long term services
Utilize assessment and evidenced-based modalities to ensure the most successful outcome for the individual's needs
Ensure proper service linkage to appropriate level of care and flow upon exiting our 30-day Early Intervention Support Service
Contribute to supporting individuals maintain services within the community and decrease use of hospital emergency rooms
