Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution and evolution of the clinician-led supplement testing program
Identify high-risk or high-value supplement SKUs
Develop and maintain testing standards, methodologies, and assay protocols
Collaborate with QA, Medical Innovation, and Merchandising teams to resolve out-of-specification results
Partner with Engineering, Catalog, and Product teams to integrate test results into the Fullscript platform
Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and labs to align on test methods and reporting specifications
Analyze Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) to extract potency and purity data
Develop internal documentation and educational assets for practitioners
Create practitioner-facing materials (slide decks, handouts, FAQs, 'Fullscript Academy' content)
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to craft data-driven messaging
Keep assay methodologies and lab partnerships up to date with emerging science and regulatory changes
Contribute to process optimization, data accuracy, and content workflows
Provide expert input on new ingredients, contaminants, and testing trends
Manage annual testing cycle including sample logistics, lab coordination, and data review
