Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation (4-7 years preferred)
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave)
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Newman)

Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6)
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Experience testing microservices, multi-cloud environments, event-driven architectures

Responsibilities

Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across modules including campaign workflows, resource management, and AI features
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure test coverage and early defect detection
Implement BDD practices using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave
Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools
Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and reporting
Document test results, track bugs, and support UAT processes
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle
Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions
Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity
