Requirements

  • Final-year undergraduates / graduate students majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or equivalents, with a vision to pursue a product management career in the public cloud industry
  • Relevant product management certifications (advantageous)
  • Able to commit to at least 6-month full-time
  • Demonstrate creativity, strong logical thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about product management, with keen interest in researching products and enhancing user experience
  • Proficiency in common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping, and flowchart design software
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese Mandarin for communication with China-headquarters stakeholders and translation of product materials
  • Previous experience in B2B product internships, particularly in PaaS or SaaS (preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design of CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function, and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide insights for product decision-making
  • Assist in drafting product requirement documents and related documentation to communicate product vision and features
  • Engage in product operations and promotional activities to support driving product awareness and adoption
