Responsibilities

The Temporary Liquor Store Associate will assist with general operations according to company policies and procedures, build and maintain a sales and service culture focused on customer experience, brand awareness, and loyalty, and create and foster a sales-focused environment through the training and development of team members. They will also be responsible for ownership of overall store appearance, maintaining store inventory levels and safety standards, ensuring asset protection, participating in product knowledge training, and effectively using company information and systems to meet customer and team member needs. Furthermore, the Store Associate will drive retail sales, margin, and company metrics.
