Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment is preferred. General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications such as Microsoft Office or Google G-Suite is required, along with a strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty. The ability to thrive in high-stress environments, communicate effectively, work as part of a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be organized is also necessary. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively and consistently work weekends, including during peak hours (5pm - 3am).

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate will execute a variety of warehouse responsibilities including receiving and putting away product, picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, providing customer service, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, receiving product from vendors and resolving discrepancies, conducting cycle counts, re-shelving canceled orders, managing waste and spoilage, ensuring adherence to the Standards of Conduct policy, and assisting General Manager and Shift Leads with warehouse tasks as delegated. They will also contact customers for substitutions and out-of-stock items, and ensure accuracy of items picked and packed.
