Responsibilities

  • Operate customer service window to provide exceptional service on various transactions, suggest solutions, refer customers, and resolve issues accurately/efficiently
  • Develop skills in policies/procedures, bank products/services, accuracy, and balancing
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Consumer Bank Customer Service Standards and achieve high Customer Insight survey scores
  • Utilize computer systems to identify customers, verify transactions/authenticity, prevent fraud (e.g., verify balances, place holds, document ID)
  • Accept deposits (verify endorsements, issue receipts), cash checks (verify endorsements/balances, refer as needed), handle savings deposits/withdrawals
  • Provide additional services (e.g., bank money orders, loan/other payments)
  • Balance cash drawer daily; assist in ATM/vault balancing as needed
  • Promote bank services, answer questions, profile customers for needs, generate leads for Personal Bankers
  • Contribute to branch goals, sales/service standards, and use Sales & Service Opportunity tool to track referrals
  • Execute professional sales/service behaviors aligned with bank's purpose, values, and core drivers
  • Provide services like night deposits, mail deposits, safe deposit admittance as needed
  • Maintain positive customer/employee relationships and attend/complete required training
  • Perform additional duties as required
