Responsibilities

  • Prendre en charge les appels entrants (Inbound) : répondre aux appels de clients potentiels intéressés, les guider dans leur parcours de souscription et conclure les ventes
  • Suivre régulièrement les prospects pour maintenir leur intérêt, répondre à leurs questions et conclure des ventes
  • Réaliser des appels sortants (Outbound) : lancer des campagnes de relances de prospects (paniers abandonnés, campagnes click to call, click to chat)
  • Effectuer les appels de vérification des ventes / appels de bienvenue
  • Procéder aux appels « client mystère » auprès des partenaires
