Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Roads Engineering (specialization in Hydraulics, Environmental, or Water preferred but not required)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Water projects, Engineering project management, and Marine Works
  • English level B2/C1
  • Proactive and flexible personality, with teamwork and management skills
  • Organized and planned, with attention to detail, analytical thinking, and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Planning and follow-up capacity, with proper time and priority management
  • Effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support civil engineering projects according to guidelines from superiors to improve decision-making, execution, or bidding processes
  • Draft Bidding Projects during the offer preparation phase and Construction Projects during the execution phase
  • Participate in marine works within civil engineering: support review and validation of civil and maritime engineering technical documentation, ensuring integration of structural, hydraulic, and construction criteria
  • Manage and track engineering documentation throughout all project phases (bidding, design, construction, and closure) using document management platforms
  • Prepare Technical Specifications for Construction and Procurement
  • Analyze and resolve technical queries from the construction site, in coordination with the engineering and construction team
