This position will be based out of our Nashville office and will require hands-on work with physical devices and systems.
Responsibilities include providing technical support to employees, working in the Nashville datacenter to deploy and manage hardware, troubleshooting issues, onboarding new employees, and managing identity and access systems like Okta.
The role requires skills in technical support, hardware deployment and management, troubleshooting hardware/software/networking issues, employee onboarding, and identity/access management with tools like Okta, MS-365, Google Workspace, or AWS.
