Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience in Vendor Invoice Management Process and Vendor Payments process
  • Experience in E-Invoice process for Incoming Vendor Invoices
  • Proven experience in SAP support/implementations, with a focus on Finance and integrated modules
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, SOX compliance, and risk management practices
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP finance modules to meet business requirements
  • Experience with Global rollouts
  • Strong virtual communication skills across all levels of Finance and IT organizations
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP finance solutions
  • Configure, customize, and maintain SAP finance modules, including but not limited to FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and AA (Asset Accounting)
  • Provide expertise in SAP finance best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and support
  • Perform system integration activities with third-party systems such as Blackline, Vertex, ReVal, and others, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment
  • Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP finance modules and integrations
  • Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases
  • Stay updated on SAP finance trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems
