A diploma or professional experience in electronics or mechanics is required. Specific EHS certifications are necessary depending on the activities, such as electrical habilitation, transpalette, and palan usage.

Responsibilities include controlling piece conformity, assembling components, performing tests, updating traceability tools, preparing packaging, identifying improvements, knowing 3 posts and at least 1 production line, being a level 3 trainer on 1 post, and participating in work groups.
